SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship via US Postal Service, and shipping costs are computer generated at the time you place your order. We ship in the least expensive manner possible unless you specify Express mail or rush order needed. Unfortunately, the amount charged by this USPS software is often MUCH higher than other options that are actually available. (This is especially true for international orders.) For instance, we can often fit your items into a flat rate envelope or box, which will cost less than the per-weight charges generated. In that case, we will refund the excess postage. If you are concerned about shipping costs generated by the software and would like to know, in advance, what that cost will actually be, please call us. 785.597.5729.

Orders will be processed and fulfilled by 911TruthStore immediately, and shipped within 5 business days (usually much faster) of credit approval, or receipt of check or money order payment. NOTE: If you have an urgent need for your order to ship the same day, please call us at 785.597.5729 to be sure we're aware of that need. Often, we don't see your notes left with the order until we're actually filling it. All credit card transactions are final at time of approval. Customer information will be kept strictly confidential.

RETURN POLICY

All product is guaranteed to arrive in satisfactory condition. Any defect of product ordered or damage caused by shipping must be brought to the attention of 911TruthStore within 10 days of the shipping date. Replacement of defective or damaged product will occur once the original product is returned, or in keeping with another written arrangement made with 911TruthStore. After the 10 day notification period has passed, all product orders are considered final. No cash refunds will be made.
