TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All product orders will be processed and fulfilled by 911TruthStore. All product will be shipped within 3 business days of credit approval, or receipt of check or money order payment. All credit card transactions are final at time of approval. Customer information will be kept strictly confidential.

RETURN POLICY

All product is guaranteed to arrive in satisfactory condition. Any defect of product ordered or damage caused by shipping must be brought to the attention of 911TruthStore within 20 days of the shipping date. Replacement of defective or damaged product will occur once the original product is returned, or in keeping with another written arrangement made with 911TruthStore. After the 20 day notification period has passed, all product orders are considered final. No cash refunds will be made.
